Our Facility

We moved into a brand new building February 1, 2015.  The building plans were developed from the ground up with our very special needs in mind.  This means that none of the top 14 food allergens (as per the European list, encompassing all top allergens for both Canada and the USA), have never been in our dedicated production areas.  We have specialized spaces for allergen testing, dry mixing, package storage and quality assurance testing.

We control all aspects of our own production as well as access to our premises.  The facility grounds are completely encompassed on all sides by a fence with a locked gate and all visitors to both the grounds and the building must register both in and out of our office.
