Private Label Manufacturing

Why Should You Consider Having Your Own Brand Of Allergy and Gluten Free Products?

Gluten free foods are not just a fad with the US market forecasted to grow 8% to 628.7 million by 2017.  Lactose free foods are expected to grow 2.9% to 1, 995.8 million by 2017.  (Source:  Euromonitor 2013).

Add in 5% of Americans with life-threatening food allergies plus the schools, households and businesses affected by that population, and the market becomes just too large for any savvy food business to ignore.

Let us help you be on the forefront of this growing market to develop your premium free-from private label category with simply the cleanest, best-tasting allergy friendly and gluten free snack bars and oatmeal cups on the market.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Who do you accept as private label clients?
We currently have the production capacity to work with a discerning regional foodservice, airline, coffee chain, specialty retailer/ecommerce or small QSR partner with a dedicated distribution channel.  Current customers include Canadian, American and International clients.

We have no wish to compete against our private label clients with our own brands so do not offer services to businesses who wish to create their own line to sell to the overall retail/foodservice market including health/natural/grocery distributors and retailers either regionally or nationally.

What products can you private label for me?
We currently have space available on our bar line and our oatmeal cup line.  Some of the private label products we manufacture are:

  • Oatmeal cups which can include other gluten free alternatives such as quinoa
  • Bars (individually wrapped bulk or in POP boxes):
    • Granola bars
    • Oatmeal bars
    • Crispy rice bars
    • Added protein bars (up to 10 g protein per 42 g bar)
    • Fruit and seed bars

We do not have the equipment for enrobed bars nor oatmeal packets.  Bar size chosen must be 4” in length but may vary in width and height.

Can you co-pack the recipes I’ve developed?
We do not consider ourselves a co-packer as we have developed and own all of our recipes.  While we can use our base recipes to create specific flavor and/or nutrition profiles, any new development must meet our strict dedicated facility quality assurance procedures and business goals and will be assessed on a case by case basis.  Before contacting us, it is a good idea to review our allergen declarations:

What are your Quality Assurance procedures?

Any certifications requested are offered at an additional cost as an extension of the Libre Naturals certifications and are reviewed on a case by case basis by the certifying agencies.
